Jack founded BXP on a simple belief: quality exercise physiology should be accessible to everyone, regardless of funding type, location, or circumstance.
As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Jack brings genuine clinical depth to every client interaction, working across chronic disease, disability, injury rehabilitation, and aged care. He works alongside GPs, specialists, NDIS coordinators, WorkCover insurers, and aged care providers to ensure each program is safe, goal-directed, and effective.
Sessions are delivered in your home, at a hired gym or pool, or via Telehealth. Appointments available Tuesdays 7:00 am – 7:00 pm.

Supervised, equipment-rich sessions for strength, conditioning, and rehabilitation at a privately hired gym.
Aquatic exercise highly effective for musculoskeletal conditions, neurological rehabilitation, and aged care.
Live video consultations from anywhere in Australia — accessible, flexible, and clinically effective.
Transparent Fees
Straightforward pricing. Funded clients may have little or no out-of-pocket cost.
In-person at your home.
Pool sessions. Entry charged at cost.
e.g. 60 min + $8 entry + $20 travel = $188
Hired gym. Entry charged at cost.
e.g. 60 min + $15 entry + $20 travel = $195
Bulk billed with a GP CDM Plan.
Added to session fees. Flat $20–$30 also available.
